Only frustration was that the diamonds shown online kept not being available (already sold) Had to go through three different choices, with each choice taking at least a day of back and forth via email. Email response time should be quicker during business hours - it seemed like email was only responded to 1-2 times a day. I realize some of this was due to the holidays as well, and not a huge complaint - just some constructive criticism of the part of the process that was a little frustrating, considering the price point of the purchase.
