Payment and Ordering Options

We accept payment from the major credit cards listed below and offer two options for placing your orders: Online, and by telephone.

Online Ordering

We accept payment from these major credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We process the approval of your credit card within 24 hours, which expedites the transfer of funds and minimizes any delay in shipping your purchases. We obtain credit card authorization from the card-issuing bank and employ other verification techniques before completing any transaction. We do not accept International credit cards.

We will also accept bank wire transfer (includes a 1.5% discount for domestic orders, available on purchases of $250 or more). Please call or email one of our customer service representatives for details.

Telephone

If you prefer not to use your credit card over the internet, you can place your order through our website and then give us a call at 1.877.404.RING. Outside the U.S. and Canada, call 001.804.794.1118. One of our expert jewelry consultants will take your credit card number and verify the details of your order. Since 1913, Jewelers Mutual has specialized in insuring jewelry and jewelry businesses in the United States.

They insure almost two billion dollars of individual's personal jewelry... for people just like you. And, not only can you insure purchases from Danforth Diamond, but other jewelry you already own.
