You've been such a help with all the initial order, and then with helping me size the correct setting size after the initial one turned out to be way too small. Gail, you were caught in the crossfire, yet held your ground and helped with relaying vital information when I hadn't heard what was going on. And of course Lisa, Thanks for going out of your way to correct the setting and get the ring custom made, and even set the stone, with a concern for the ring quality and stone safety.    Boy.......What a weekend last Saturday and Sunday...and she said "Yes". The way I stumbled all over myself, I swear it was the ring that closed the deal.

   Jill, the ring is just beautiful...The platinum setting and the quality of diamond is unbelievable....I have to tell you I shopped and compared for weeks...Went way up the learning curve on diamonds the charts..clarity..etc. Your pricing beats the competition locally and anything I could find on the Internet. But you know what I found out, after the order was sent? It's something that's somewhat difficult to put a value on? Your personal service and follow-up..From the Pre-Easter weekend message you sent, to the one I received today,and all the others in between......It was so impressive I couldn't keep it just to myself! I have to tell you about this...I'm an Operations Manger for a company and I meet with a dozen people each week covering a wide variety of subjects...none more important than customer service. During the last one before I left to go propose, I printed off all of your emails....I made a time line chart from beginning to end with your contacts to me as well as your responses and comments for everyone of my people to read and comment on.....It was very evident to everyone..how superior service can be the difference between success and utter failure in a competitive environment.
