Jill - I'd like to start by saying, my ring still makes my eyes sparkle 5 months later. My husband originally proposed to me with a diamond until I was able to find the perfect ring. I came across your website and fell in love with the twisty engraved wedding ring (later re-designed). At the time though before it was redesigned, we went ahead and made the purchase. After the wedding, I revisited your site to show a family member all the other beautiful choices I had and saw the new redesigned version of my ring!

Now keep in mind at the time of our original purchase, my husband inquired about adding diamonds on the wedding ring but the ring was to thin. I could not believe that the redesigned ring was that indeed! It had the diamonds on the wedding ring as well as the engagement ring. It was PERFECT and what I had envisioned. So my husband immediately called and we upgraded. Not only did you remount the ring for us at no charge, but you also engraved the ring at no additional cost as well since our original purchase was just shy of two months. My husband left to the Army two weeks after our wedding and would be gone six months. The same day he left, I mailed my ring off for the upgrade. I can't tell you how excited I felt opening the package the day it arrived. With the absence of my husband, placing that ring on my finger, and it being the most perfect ring I could imagine, made me feel as if he was there beside me.  Ironically he called me within 5 minutes of opening it and I was in tears.

I LOVE my ring and every time I get a compliment I always mention your website and tell them about my wonderful experience. It's been two months since I've seen my husband and I'm finally getting to visit him this weekend. He has not seen the ring only heard about it in the dozens of letters I've written him. Jill, we received the rings on Friday, and Mark presented me with the engagement ring on Valentine's. We love the set. We kept admiring the diamonds' sparkle in the dimly lit restaurant. I knew our selection of the main diamond was a good one, but I didn't know what to expect of the side stones. We are very pleased with them and the setting. They are just beautiful. I will be sending it in for re-sizing next week. (We have to show it off to relatives this week end.) Evidently, the sizer I used was  inaccurate. While I hate to part with it for even a few days, I know your technicians will do a very professional job with it. Again, our gratitude!

Thank you; the ring and stone are very nice. We used the groom's birthstone as the side gems. I like the setting we chose for this purpose: 1) it protects the amethysts, which we were told are not nearly as hard as diamonds and subject to damage, and 2) in this setting they complement rather than compete with the diamond for attention. Others may also think this is a good idea.

Boy.......What a weekend last Saturday and Sunday...and she said "Yes". The way I stumbled all over myself, I swear it was the ring that closed the deal.

Jill, the ring is just beautiful...The platinum setting and the quality of diamond is unbelievable....I have to tell you I shopped and compared for weeks...Went way up the learning curve on diamonds the charts..clarity..etc. Your pricing beats the competition locally and anything I could find on the Internet. But you know what I found out, after the order was sent? It's something that's somewhat difficult to put a value on? Your personal service and follow-up...From the Pre-Easter weekend message you sent, to the one I received today,and all the others in between......It was so impressive I couldn't keep it just to myself! The individual rings are beautiful. The engraving is well done and the setting is perfect. Unfortunately, the wedding band does not line up well with the engagement ring. It is a very noticeable defect. When I contacted Danforth about the issue, they said it is a common problem with this ring, and that my only option was to order a different style. Try telling that to your fiancee. Luckily, a local jeweler was willing to fix it for us by carefully bending the rings together. I was also very disappointed that my ring came with a very yellow diamond in the setting. It was perfectly visible with the naked eye. So, as for the products, I was only marginally satisfied. However, Danforth's support in resolving these issues was great! After shipping the ring back, they repaired the yellow diamond and shipped it quickly. Their customer support was always very friendly and responsive! So, while I was initially disappointed with the ring itself, there is no doubt that Danforth would have replaced it will a different style or refunded my money. Based on their low prices and excellent customer service, I would definitely purchase from them again because I know that they will take care of any problems.

I would have liked it to have been a little closer in price to local jewelers but they did not have a knife edge version so Danforth it was. Great service and Fast shipping.

Very nice ring. Low profile, hollow inside underneath diamonds. My wife wears it all the time.

The only thing I would mention is that my knife edge solitaire is only a knife edge near the diamond setting, and it is a typical rounded edge on the opposite side. But the rings are beautiful and I love them!

We ordered the wrong size at first, however your staff was pleasant and helpful to us the entire time and were very quick resizing the ring and getting it back to us (even after we moved!). Would recommend to anyone!

Have not had time to take the ring to a diamond Appraiser yet, so can not commend on the diamonds but we like the ring. The ring looks pretty but the band, (palladium), a bad choice, it gets old fast and does not look like white gold. It looks like old stainless steel. I only wear the ring when on special occasions, can't imagine wearing the ring all the time, it would probably look like a piece of cheap toy ring.

You have so many options, that I was able to find something that I really liked in my price range. My emails to customer service were promptly returned, which I greatly appreciate.

I was very pleased to find this ring. I had been looking a very long time for a narrow engraved 18k band and this was perfect. I was disappointed in the shipping experience though. The website said the limit for shipping without signature required was 250.00 this ring was less than that but a signature was required for it's delivery. I work 1.5 hours travel time from my home and had to make special arrangements to have someone at my house to sign for this. The quality is great and I love the ring but I will have to think twice before I purchase from Danforth again just because of delivery arrangements.

I spent hours looking at engagement rings online. Out of all the sites that I visited you all had the most user friendly set up. The ring even showed up 6 days early. I was very impressed. She absolutely loves this ring. I was a little worried, because she said she wanted something simple, but the look on her face when she saw it said it all. This ring exceeded my expectations. The band is intricate in detail and is beautiful from all angles. I decided to try a Palladium ring and I am glad that I did. The color looks just like my husband's platinum band. I do everything with this ring and the diamonds are still very sparkly when they are dirty. Danforth Diamond's customer service is friendly and professional and made my first buying experience an easy and pleasant one.

Both rings were too big; service was prompt and courteous. I also really liked the ring - it took me a long time to find a reputable site that sells "responsible" diamonds and reclaimed metal. My only negative comment is that I did not like having to pay $10 to your company to have the FedEx delivery re-routed from my home address to my work address. If your website had stated that a signature would be required upon delivery, I would have provided my work address as the delivery address from the beginning - a re-route would not have been necessary.

My husband said he really likes this ring. They're both about a quarter size too big still, but we'll live with it.

The band is beautiful! My fiance constantly gets compliments for having a unique ring. I had some issues with the order, the wrong band was shipped, but Danforth rushed me the correct band as well as set the diamond for me. All in all it was a great purchase and myself as well as my fiance love the ring!

Fits very well, although the size ran a little on the large size. The comfort fit sizing seems to run large in general. Nonetheless, very comfortable and palladium is gorgeous.

The setting is very nice, but we opted for a comfort fit/tapered band. LOVE palladium. Looks stunning with a 1 ct cushion cut diamond.

Fantastic - palladium has a dark mirror finish which looks awesome. The comfort fit/tapered runs a little large, but otherwise extremely satisfied.

my buying experience is good. although there are few things that i am not so saitisfied with this ring. first is that on the ring there is only a sign "pd" showing that it is palladium. i called customer service and the answer is that the palladium is 95% but they do not put number on the ring (as i know, usually it should be shown as "pd950"). second, the ring looks very beautiful, however, the design is not very good. the side of the ring gave me couple of scraches and left a scar on my finger.

The ring is great! She said yes! The palladium metal looks almost identical to platinum but quite a bit cheaper (it allowed me to get a bigger diamond). The corners of the setting are a bit sharp and have scratched me and a few threads on a sweater. The ring has a lot of sparkle! Sarah is extremly happy with the ring!

This is exactly what my fiancee wanted. The only thing I might have liked would be to have the sapphires slightly larger but it is a beautiful ring and she loves it!

My husband was a little hesitant about wearing a band since he plays the guitar and didn't want the added weight. He also never wore a ring before and wanted a ring that would be comfortable.
