Shipping

Danforth Diamond offers free shipping for every order over $100.00 within the United States. Shipments will be sent via one of these services:

     

 

  Less than $100  $9.95 USPS First Class Mail
  Between $100 and $1000  Free FEDEX 2Day*
  Over $1000  Free FEDEX Priority Overnight
  APO/FPO  FREE USPS Express Mail

 

 

 

 

USPS First Class Mail: Packages arrive within a week of shipment from Danforth Diamond.

FedEx 2Day®: Packages arrive within two business days of shipment from Danforth Diamond.

FedEx® Priority Overnight: Packages arrive within one business day of shipment from Danforth Diamond. Diamond orders are not shipped on Friday. (Saturday delivery available for $30.00)

FedEx Ground®: Packages arrive within one to six business days of shipment from Danforth Diamond.

USPS Express Mail®: Applies to Alaska, Hawaii, FPO or APO shipping addresses. Packages arrive within three business days of shipment from Danforth Diamond.

We are happy to work with you to arrange special delivery or expedited shipping options to the extent possible. If you have a special jewelry need or request, contact one of our jewelry consultants at 1.877.404.RING(7464), they'll be happy to help.

*There is a $25.00 delivery charge for orders under $1,000.00 shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Please add $30.00 delivery charge for Canada and Saturday delivery.

Tracking Your Package

The evening your package ships, you will recieve an e-mail from Danforth Diamond containing the FedEx tracking number. Please visit FedEx tracking in order to track your package.   

Signature Requirements for Delivery

Danforth Diamond insures your ring at no cost to you from the time you order until the time it is delivered to you. Therefore, we require a signature on all deliveries over $250 to protect your purchase. For orders under $250 in value, Danforth will honor a signature waiver on file with the carrier. In the absence of such a waiver, a signature will be required.

If you cannot be available, or have a designated individual available to sign for your package, the package can be held at your local FEDEX location until you are available for pick up.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses

If you plan to ship your order to an address other than your billing address on file with your credit card company, please call your issuing bank and provide them with the alternate shipping address. Danforth Diamond will confirm this address with your issuing bank. This is to protect you from fraudulent charges being placed with your credit information. Danforth Diamond does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
